- Clear communication
  Meetings leave minutes; decisions leave their reasoning. A single project accumulates hundreds of meeting and interview records. No politics — every opinion ends up in a document.
- Learning and challenge
  What we hear in the field becomes answer sets that test the system. When an answer is wrong, a person corrects the standard, and the corrected standard becomes another company asset.
Contribution
We only count something as built once a factory actually uses it.
- Taking the lead
  We are on the customer’s site every week. Interviews and demos happen in person, from the people doing the work up to division heads and executives.
- Customer first
  We build the system in the customer’s own words. We don’t translate field vocabulary into ours; the system learns to speak theirs.
