DARVIS · Knowledge Map · week 1
ERP, MES, sensors, work orders — scattered data joined into
a map of your data on a single page.
How it works
Manufacturing data sources are found and collected automatically.
Relationships between tables, sensors and work orders are connected automatically.
Gaps, duplicates and outliers are found and gathered on one page, leaving only what a person has to touch.
Relationships that pass the check are fixed as entities, attributes and rules.
What the later modules read is this model, not the source systems.
Click an entity and its attributes, relations and the rules that use it change with it — currently “Inventory”.
Deliverables
Column names, value distributions and join history propose the relationships between tables,
and anything uncertain goes on a review list instead of being confirmed.
Gaps, duplicates and outliers gathered on one page. We don’t ask you to fix everything —
only what a person has to touch is left.
The map drawn in week 1 carries straight into
AI Query in weeks 2–3.
What can be connected
Connecting directly to the databasemeans it barely matters which vendor’s system you run.
SAP, an in-house ERP and an MES all connect the same way.
Equipment signals (PLC, historian) are sliced by each work order’s start and end time, and read alongside the ERP and MES records.
