Find why stock built up in plan versus actual shipping, then decide what moves where
DARVIS-I compares stock changes with demand, production and shipping data, finds the evidence, and suggests transfer and disposal options for people to review and approve.
Start with the centres where stock is piling up and the ones running short.
Start with the centres and items holding more or less stock than usual. Three this morning

Plan and actual side by side, before deciding transfers and disposal order.
In the consultation we decide which centres and item groups to connect
- The loss it prevents
- Slow stock and disposal piling up in one centre while another runs short
- The question on the floor
- Stock went up. Did demand fall, or did production and shipping drift from plan?
- Status
- PoCIt is being validated in a customer PoC. Results will be published once there are operating figures.
Public case · large food manufacturer
Production allocation, inter-plant transfers and near-expiry stock across several distribution centres sit on one screen, and a person approves each transfer after reviewing the recommendation. See the case
What you prepare
- One read-only connection (ERP, WMS)
- Two or three interviews
- Three to six months of production and shipping records
What it does not do
- Transfer orders without approval
- AI auto-approval
The first connection is read-only. Anything that writes back, such as transfer orders, is agreed separately with each customer. On-premise and closed-network options are available.
