DARVIS · Automation · Stage 3

Every morning, your operations statusarrives in the channel you chose.

Register a question you kept asking in Agentic Workflow as a rule, and it goes out automatically over
Slack, email or a webhook.

How it works

What happens once a single rule is registered

  1. 01STEP

    Registering a rule

A question you kept asking in Agentic Workflow becomes a rule.
The no-code rule builder registers it with clicks, no code.

DARVIS AutomationFictional Manufacturing Co. · rule builder · new rule

  2. 02STEP

    Condition evaluation

Conditions are evaluated automatically whenever the data updates.
A cron or event trigger evaluates the condition and records the result.

  3. 03STEP

    Automatic delivery

When a condition is met it goes to Slack, email and webhook at once.
A failed send is retried automatically and the outcome is logged.

Channel integration

It goes to the messenger you already use

Messengers that accept a webhook — KakaoWork, Discord, LINE WORKS — connect the same way.

  • Slack

Invite the bot to your workspace and that’s it.
Alerts go out split by channel.

  • Microsoft Teams

    Connect a Microsoft account once.
It lands per team and channel.

  • Gmail · Outlook

Just set up the recipient groups.
Reports go out attached as PDF or CSV.

  • Webhook

JSON is pushed into the MES or ERP dashboard you already use.
All we need is the endpoint.

Evidence and reliability

Why you can leave a rule running

  1. Evaluated every 5 minutes

Conditions are re-checked every time the data updates — every 5 minutes by default,
or immediately on update if you set an event trigger.

  2. Execution log

A failed send is retried automatically.
Every rule execution is logged and traceable.

  3. Continuity

The rules and logs from Stage 3 become
the input to the Admin dashboard in the operations stage.

Frequently asked questions

What to check before you set a rule

The ontology this screen reads

A rule’s condition reads entity attributes directly. Set one rule — “when available stock falls below safety stock, request order approval from the person in charge” — and those three entities and the relationships between them become the condition.

Entities in play — Inventory · Supplier · Order
