This is what consulting leaves you with
- Requirements specification
Through interviews and site visits we define what is actually going wrong, and write down the capabilities that would fix it.
- Data workflow design
We survey the data in your existing systems to understand how they are built, then design a new flow that solves the problem.
- Target figures
We agree, concretely, the target figures to hit after rollout. Once results arrive, those figures are the yardstick for improvement.

The 30-minute intro call is free. Standard consulting is KRW 25M (excl. VAT) and runs 2–3 weeks including three days on site. If you go on to a PoC, half the Standard fee is credited against it.
