Through interviews and site visits we define what is actually going wrong, and write down the capabilities that would fix it.
- Data workflow design
We survey the data in your existing systems to understand how they are built, then design a new flow that solves the problem.
- Target figures
We agree, concretely, the target figures to hit after rollout. Once results arrive, those figures are the yardstick for improvement.
